It’s All In Your Mind…

Good morning! I just wanted to take a few minutes to talk about that moment when I realized I’m finally letting go of negative past events and settling into a life of peace. Now don’t get me wrong this does not mean I have no stress! LOL šŸ˜‰ But when I wake up I no longer cry. Instead I’m excited to wake up to another day to fight this fight and you know what…?… I’m past that halfway mark and I’m on my way back up! And it feels really good! Depression is not something to take lightly. It is a fight and may be the most difficult one you ever fight because you have to do it all by yourself. First of all Your mind has to be able to let go of the pain, let go of the hurt and actually forgive the ones that did it to you. That’s the toughest part! Secondly you have to love yourself. Forgive yourself for being not yourself for the past 6 months, a year, two years, five… however long that you’ve been stuck in that twilight zone of nothing. I’m here to tell you it’s worth the wait and keep moving those feet because you will get there too! Smile because you woke up to a new day and another chance to fight your fight and you will feel alive again. I’m proof of that! Now it’s time for me to get back to working on building my business. Get up and move those feet! Go for a walk! Take the stairs! Do your yoga! Walk your dog! Take a long shower! Read a good book. Take your vitamins!

Do what you LOVE and and just be happy…
